Hey friends! Britney here with a card featuring several Lawn Fawn products (Car Critters, Happy Village, Oliver’s Stitched ABCs, Happy, Happy, Happy, and Foursquare Backdrop: Portrait). My husband and I just celebrated our ninth wedding anniversary at the end of July and I thought this card was very fitting to celebrate. If you’ve ever read any of my previous blog posts before, you know I like to start with my background first. I started by cutting four panels using the Foursquare Backdrop: Portrait out of Chili Pepper card stock. I cut out the center cross lines from each and glued them all together using liquid adhesive. On a plain white panel of Neenah Classic Crest Solar White card stock, I masked off a line to ink up my sky. I used Lawn Fawn Fish Tank and shadowrocket节点购买 inks. Once that was done, I spritzed some of the Avery Elle Clear Shimmer Spray to the background. I used Lawn Fawn Manatee and Soot inks to ink up my road and Cilantro and Freshly Cut Grass inks for the grass.  I stamped…

I started by coloring these ADORABLE images from Waffle Flower using the Be Him Stamp Set!
I used Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers to color them in, and then fussy cut the out!

August 2024 Mood Board

Hello there! Amanda here today to share this month's mood board. Last month's color scheme was all about the heat, but now we're flipping to the other side of the spectrum and cooling things down. I haven't been camping on a lake since I was a kid but for some reason that's what this color palette makes me think of. I can just imagine late summer/early fall evenings on a secluded lake with a small private cabin and dock. Sounds perfect right about now!

Iced Melon, Aqua Sky, Steel Blue and Plum
I can't wait to see what you all do with this palette! Be sure to share your creations on Instagram with #BRImoodboard, or keep an eye out for the link up over on Davina's blog, for a chance to win a $20 credit to the shop!

We had so many wonderful entries for the July mood board, it's always so fun to watch what you all come up with! The random winner for July is Kavya with this adorable creation!

Thanks for looking!
~Amanda

Hello Hello!! I'm thrilled to be back on the BRI blog to share another fun slimline card featuring the adorable mice from Lawn Fawn.

First I cut two pieces of Bristol smooth cardstock using Trinity Stamps stitched card panel. I used one of the panel to cut out the hill to ground my images. For this I used Lawn Fawns slimline stitched hillside borders. Next I ink blended one of the panel using distress oxide inks in seedless preserves, victoria velvet, and tattered rose and for the hill I used mowed lawn and shabby shutters. To add interest I diluted the same colors with some water and splattered it on the panels using a small brush. I set the panels to dry while I start coloring the images.

I used all the mice from the Dandy Day stamp set and one mice (sitting down) from Crazy Antics, the mushrooms are from Oh Gnome. I colored all the images using copic markers and cut them out using their coordinating dies. For the sentiment I wanted to create a big word sentiment so I went with &…
